Situation / Refund Eligibility

Change of Mind - No refunds will be provided for change of mind.

Course Incompatibility - If the course or coaching service doesn't meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a discussion and potential resolution. No refunds are guaranteed but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Issues - In case of technical problems preventing course access, we'll work swiftly to resolve the issue. Refunds may be considered if the problem persists and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-attendance - Non-attendance of coaching sessions or failure to participate in the course does not qualify for a refund.
